Urban News Journal considers collaborations that fit its focus on city life and give readers clear, useful context. Proposals are sent through the Contact page and are assessed separately from editorial decisions.

Relevant collaborations

We consider clearly defined collaborations such as commissioned explanatory material, event or project features, and reader resources related to urban places. A proposal should state its purpose, intended audience, requested format and any commercial terms.

Partner placements

We accept selected partner placements across the site when they are relevant to the publication and clearly identified. Placement does not guarantee a particular editorial position, endorsement, or inclusion in an article.

Clear labels and boundaries

Paid or partner material is labelled so readers can tell who is responsible for it. Editorial coverage remains distinct, and partners cannot purchase a favourable conclusion or remove material editorial context.

Make a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Give a short description of the proposed work, the audience it serves, the placement or format requested and the organisation or party involved. Do not send confidential information.
